Conditions of participation

The closing date for entries is 31.12.2024. The prizes will be raffled off among all participants. The winners will be notified by email. If the winners are not reached within 14 days, the prize will be drawn again. Legal recourse is excluded. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. All persons of legal age who are resident in Switzerland are eligible to take part. Dancing Queens-Employees are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person is permitted. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. The data will be used to process the competition and for advertising purposes and to contact Dancing Queens used. This declaration of consent can be revoked here at any time and without giving reasons. The data will be transferred to MAAG Music & Arts AG and used for marketing purposes. The data will only be stored for as long as the purpose or a legal basis justifies storage. During this time Dancing Queens takes all technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unlawful and incorrect processing. The data subject can assert their rights to the personal data at any time. Once the purpose of processing no longer applies or the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.
